End of shooting in Gaspésie

I just came back from a crazy week in Gaspé with Antoine Nicolas from Un Océan de saveurs to follow him in his unique seaweed harvest under the Canadian ice floe. These algae can go well with many dishes.

It was a great project by JoN Yu and Elise Danielle for AF Media, I can't wait to see the final result.
